Cake flavours

Most of our cakes are finished with a milk/white chocolate ganache, before applying the fondant. this allows the finish of the cake to me smooth and straight. 

Please note that all of our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat and gluten. We cannot guarantee any cake will not have traces of the above.
